Donations and drop-offs: We cannot accept unscheduled drop-offs at outreach or at volunteers’ homes. Food, goods, volunteering, and partnerships must be arranged through our contact form (or phone) so we can confirm time, location, and what we can store.

Who we are

We are a spiritual group established in 2005 and provide home-cooked vegetarian meals, snack packs, non-alcoholic beverages, non-perishable food items, clothing, toiletries, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags and so much more to people who are struggling or experiencing homelessness.

Our main weekly outreach is Monday from 5:30pm at Footscray Mall (Nicholson St). We also run other programs at fixed times and locations across the inner west — see Our Services for the full schedule.

Fighting Hunger in the Inner West

As a local foodbank in Melbourne’s Inner West, we run weekly outreach at set times and places — including Monday evenings at Footscray Mall from 5:30pm. We provide hot vegetarian meals, pantry items, and essentials when our volunteers are on site.

What we provide at outreach:
Hot meals: Home-cooked vegetarian dinners.
Pantry items: Non-perishable food, bread, and fresh produce — at outreach, not by delivery.
Essentials: Toiletries, clothing, and sleeping bags when available.

While we have been volunteer-funded for many years, growing demand means we rely on community support. We gratefully accept non-perishable food, toiletries, blankets, and sleeping bags.
